Where do I go to get picked up?
  • For International Airport Meet-and-Greet services we meet you at T1 gate at A and B accordingly *
  • For International Airport T1 General services , proceed to the Priority Pickup Zone.
  • For Domestic Airport Pre-Booked Registered Vehicle Services we can collect you from gates T2 and T3 kerbside accordingly *
    • T2 kerbside is without the exit opposite Baggage Claim 5 (marked purple on the publicly-available map)
    • T3 kerbside is in front of the Taxi Rank (marked purple on the publicly-available map)
  • If being received via Limousine, you will be assisted from these gates to the Limousine Parking Area
Can you tell me more about your vehicles?
  • Most HC vehicles utilized by Independent Hire Cars Australia are registered with Sydney Airport Ground Transport
  • Some of the regular plated vehicles utilized by Independent Hire Cars Australia are also registered with Sydney Airport Ground Transport
If I’m not receiving an Airport Transfers service with Independent Hire Cars Australia but am at the airport, how do I proceed?

If this is the case, please Contact Us and we can try to arrange a booking for you, however due to the nature of our business we are required to operate strictly with pre-arranged services.

How can I pay?

We accept the following:

  • Cash: payment directly to the Driver.
  • Cards: incur a 1.5% transaction fee (Visa and Mastercard)
  • American Express incurs a 5% transaction fee
  • Accounts (available to approved Clients upon application)

Deposits for all bookings will require credit card payment with booking.

All payments by card are processed by Stripe, our approved secure payment provider.

Balance payment are not processed until the driver signs off the booking.
